At ELMO, d. d., we are aware that the satisfaction of our employees is the key to the success of the entire company; therefore, we try to create a pleasant environment for our employees by hosting sporting and social events.

Each year before the start of summer vacations, our employees can socialise at our company picnic. Alongside good food and drinks, there is also room for various sporting activities in which our employees can compete to show who is the best and strongest. There are always good singers to be found, or dancers who can move to lively music.

Of course, there is also the celebration that takes place before each New Year.

Such social events are very important to our company, since more than half of our employees work in the field. These events make it possible for all of us to meet in one place. At such occasions, we can chat casually, enjoy ourselves or even solve an important issue. The high attendance of these events shows that they are very popular and necessary. Since 2004, our company has been a sponsor of the ELMO team, which plays in the Ljubljana indoor soccer league. Four of our employees play for the ELMO team. The team is getting better and climbing higher in the competition ranks each season; in the 2008/2009 season they progressed to the second league.
